Tuan’s Dog, Brisbane/Brissy/Bris/Handsome, is present during most days of the week. He is 40lb Beagle/Lab mix that loves everyone and is very gentle. If you have allergies or any other aversions to dogs, please let the staff know and Brisbane will be kept in a separate area during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an appointment in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for ANY cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the appointment.

Building Entry

Building operating hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. For outside hours - including Sundays, buzz the clinic from the front door intercom (*Dial 304) to access the building.

Note - Therapists can be occupied with a treatment and may not be able to buzz you into the building until 5 minutes before your visit.

Upon entering the building take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor and find us in Suite 304.

Val is a Queer, non-binary Registered Kinesiologist and strength coach who practices with a trauma-informed and intuitive approach to all things movement and bodies. Val’s work centers LGBTQ+ folks and those who have been harmed by traditional fitness and rehabilitation culture through creating and advocating for inclusive, safer and holistic movement practices. Their work allows for folks to learn about their relationships to their bodies, movement/exercise and how society and narratives influence our experience in each. Clinically, they have vast experience working with folks through pre/post surgical care, top surgery and gender affirming practices, and chronic pain, injury and illness management.
